A. 3: According to the writings of the Chinese philosopher Mozi, philosopher and scientist Aristotle, and the Greek mathematician Euclid, interest in photography began way back around 400–500 BC.

B. 2: The pinhole camera was a camera with no lens. It was a lightproof box with only a small pinhole on one side. When the hole was pointed at an image, the light from the image would enter the hole, and the image would be reflected upside down onto the opposite side of the box.

C. 2: Silver nitrate is an inorganic compound extensively used in photography. It is the basis for all chemical based photography. However, it is not the silver nitrate that is light sensitive, but the silver halides that are important.
